Your role and tasks
We are currently looking for a skilled Pricing Specialist who will play a central role in guiding and supporting ABB’s pricing strategy and sales organization. If you have a commercial background, market understanding, and want an exciting job with great responsibility and trust, now is the time to apply. Your main responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of pricing strategies to optimize profit and market share.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring to guide and inform pricing decisions.
- Own and oversee NPV (Net Price Variance) calculations as a core pricing tool.
- Maintain and update pricing templates, ensuring correct setup and data quality.
- Deliver pricing tools, recommendations, and dashboards to support sales teams.
- Administer bonuses and Charge Back agreements.
- Coordinate and communicate price changes internally and externally.
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications for the role
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in pricing strategy, market analysis, and sales collaboration.
- Proficient analytical skills and comfort working with ERP/pricing systems.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable pricing insights.
- Experience with Vistex and handling SPA/CB processes.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach.
- Curious, motivated mindset with a sense of ownership.
- Skilled communication and stakeholder management abilities.
