Role and tasks

• Classic A-Z project management of projects based on single contracts or frame agreements.
• Collaborate with end users, engineering consultants, contractors, and technical engineers at ABB’s factories.
• Function as a link between end customers, end users, engineering consultants, contractors, sales, ABB production, and local ABB units.
• Maintain and expand customer relationships, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.
• Participate in customer and factory meetings to clarify their needs.
• Ensure quality and deliverables within agreed deadlines from tender to delivery.
• Create and manage project plans, follow up, and coordinate activities within the factory and with customers.

Qualifications

Education as an electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, or similar, with at least 2 years of experience in project management/coordination.

Ability and motivation to deliver projects in close collaboration.

A professional and positive belief that there is always a solution, even in the face of adversity.

Professional knowledge of medium voltage product and systems, protection relays, and control systems, though deep specialist knowledge is not required.

Ability to ensure proper alignment of expectations and identify and minimize potential risks in a project/contract.

Willingness and capacity to initiate and maintain open communication with customers and colleagues.

Effective listening skills, with a belief that the most effective solutions come through collaboration and knowledge sharing with respect for others’ ideas.

You will be based at our office in Ballerup/Middelfart, alongside your closest employees and colleagues. In addition, we offer the possibility of working from home a few days a week.
